Service Description
Receive convenient, professional specimen collection in the comfort of your home from a Registered Nurse. Services include blood draws, urine specimen collection, and select swabs as ordered by your physician or nurse practitioner. After your appointment, your specimen(s) will be transported to a local laboratory for processing. Test results will be sent directly to the healthcare provider who ordered your testing. Our fee covers the convenience of a mobile, in-home nursing visit, along with the time, expertise, and specialized equipment needed to provide a safe and comfortable experience. Laboratory testing and specimen processing are covered by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) when an eligible requisition is provided.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of 50% of the service cost.
