Nicole Morgan, RN, BScN
Founder of Vampire Nurse on Wheels

I am a Registered Nurse with over 11 years of experience serving the Niagara Region. After graduating from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN), I began my career in hospital settings, where I honed my clinical skills and critical thinking abilities.

More recently, I worked as an Outreach Nurse in Public Health, supporting vulnerable individuals who often face barriers to accessing traditional healthcare. In this role, I learned the importance of meeting people where they are—both physically and emotionally—and partnering with them to identify and achieve their personal health goals.

My combined experience in both hospital and community care has given me valuable insight into the gaps that exist within our healthcare system. These experiences have shaped my passion for improving accessibility and delivering healthcare directly to those who need it most. My mission is to make healthcare more approachable, convenient, and inclusive for individuals across the Niagara Region.

Our Mission

At Vampire Nurse on Wheels, our mission is to make healthcare more accessible by bringing professional, compassionate nursing services directly to the community. We specialize in mobile blood draws and specimen collection, helping clients who face barriers to visiting traditional laboratories—whether due to age, mobility challenges, disability, or personal circumstances.

In addition to specimen collection, we proudly offer:

  • Wellness checks — including basic nursing assessments such as blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation, respirations, and mental status.

  • Appointment accompaniment — providing support and advocacy when clients attend medical visits.

  • Medication administration and injections — delivered safely as prescribed by a physician or nurse practitioner.

By meeting people where they are, we aim to reduce stress, remove obstacles, and ensure that everyone in the Niagara Region has access to timely, high-quality care in the comfort of their own home.
