At your homeService Description
Have a registered nurse accompany you or a loved one to any medical appointments outside of your house. We offer patient advocacy and can explain care plans to approved family members and caregivers with the patient's consent. The nurse will accompany the patient in either a taxi or Uber to the appointment location to ensure that the patient has minimal walking and always has medical support.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of 50% of the service cost.
