Service Description
At-home specimen collection by a registered nurse, including blood draws, urine collection, and swabs as ordered by your doctor or nurse practitioner. Your specimen(s) will be processed by a local lab, and the results will be sent to the medical professional who ordered the tests. The fee we charge is for the convenience of an at-home visit, and specific equipment to make your experience as comfortable as possible. The cost of lab specimen processing is covered by provincial health insurance.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of 50% of the service cost.
