Cancellations , Rescheduling, and No-show
Cancellation Policy – Vampire Nurse on Wheels
At Vampire Nurse on Wheels, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and the best possible service for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:

Deposit Requirement

A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

This deposit will be applied toward your total service fee on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the $50 deposit.

No-Shows

If you, or the individual you are booking the appointment for, are not present or available during the scheduled appointment time and no prior notice has been provided, the $50 deposit will not be refunded.

Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.

If appropriate notice is given (24+ hours), your deposit may be applied to a rescheduled appointment or refunded upon request.

By booking an appointment with Vampire Nurse on Wheels, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
